Alaska Moose Hunting is probably the most physically demanding of all Alaska Hunting trips mainly because of where Trophy Moose live, generally in wet swampy lowlands with lots of cover and willows a favorite food of Moose. |

On the lakes we utilize, our hunting lodges are set up for 4 to 6 persons, depending upon the lake. The lodges are fully furnished. The moose hunting lodges are of ample size, complete with washroom facilities, and showers. A good wood stove is installed for heat. We furnish all the utensils, propane cooking stove, Coleman lanterns, electricity, saws, food, and everything else it takes to make a good hunting camp. We have one of the best moose hunting areas in Alberta. We have exclusive access to over 70 quarter sections of (deeded) private property. Our hunting area is near the town of Wainwright,---Alberta, approximately three hours southeast of Edmonton, Alberta. Surrounded by farmland, rolling hills and the famous Battle River, this area possesses all the natural habitat required to produce quality trophy moose. Limited hunting pressure, a good food source, plenty of cover and exclusive access are all keys to a quality moose hunt! We are 100% successful on our moose hunts. We operate our moose hunts during the rut/calling season which is a very exciting hunt. We have a limited number of moose hunts available so booking early is important. |

Moose - This area has the highest density of moose in North America with trophy class size Canada moose according to the Fish & Wildlife Game Department aerial survey over the past 6 years. Our average moose squares approx. 46" with many moose taken in 50" up to 60" rack. We took Boone & Crockett bulls in the past. |
